Victory Baptist Church

WELCOME

Victory Baptist Church Started over 25 years ago with the sole purpose of having a church that follows Christ. Having been through several Pastors and various interim preachers the church called Greg Little on July 12, 1995 as their Pastor. Since withdrawing from the Southern Baptist Convention in 1999 the church has grown to support over $50,000 a year in missionaries, full time salary for the pastor, over 200 people saved and baptized in it's first 25 years, five men ordained into full time ministry, and all this with the average Sunday School attendance never getting above fifty people. Little is much when God is in it.

OUR PASTOR

Dr. Greg Little was born to Bobby and Sandra Little in the latter part of the 1960's in the small town of Gaffney, SC. After making a false profession of faith along with a meaningless baptism at 14 years old Greg began to drink and take drugs. His life was starting to get out of control. Playing in Rock bands and later in C&W bands in night clubs became an avenue for drug abuse and other things. It was during this time he married Lisa Wylie of Gaffney, SC - which was the only true love of his life. Quitting the bars and bands he and the new wife settled down and had a child, Justin. Justin was born with Cerebral Palsy. The drug abuse and addiction remained. (continue reading)
